The newest addition to Select Healthcare's UK care homes, Plas Rhosnesni is a residential and nursing home primarily providing care to elderly people with dementia. However, we also provide care for individuals with Parkinson's, Schizophrenia and those requiring end of life care.

Ideally located on the outskirts of Wrexham with great public transport access, this Select care home provides a warm and homely environment for residents whilst catering especially for those whose first language is Welsh. Plas Rhosnesni also caters for a wide range of cultural groups including many South African and Indian cultures. 

Aiming to be welcoming to all, we welcome relatives at any time and encourage all to take part in activities at the home. As such, our nursing staff and carers are integral to creating this friendly environment.

Ashgrove Care Home

Perfectly placed in the quaint village of Gresford, Wrexham, Ashgrove Care Home is the perfect place to develop your career with a dedicated 10-bed dementia care unit. Whilst staying within easy reach of both Wrexham and Chester, Ashgrove Care Home offers dedicated care for up to 51 people aged 50 and over in a friendly environment and is keen on allowing residents to socialise together and put their own personality into their room style.

Our care assistants are key to providing the very best care for those living at Ashgrove and are passionate and committed to their work whilst the highly trained activity coordinators make sure there is an extensive range of activities daily. With its beautiful views and natural surroundings, it is a special place for both care staff and residents.

Ashleigh Court Care Home

Just outside of Wrexham town centre, Ashleigh Court Care Home is looking for a number of care assistants and domestic assistants to join their team. 

With 44 bedrooms over two floors including two double rooms on the ground floor, Ashleigh Court also caters for couples or those who wish to share a room. Set in tranquil woodland, the Wrexham home was given a full refurbishment in 2020 and enjoys excellent transport links as well as a number of weekly visiting services for the residents.

A specialist residential care home, Broughton Hall Care Home cares for older adults in a stimulating and family-orientated environment.

With ample public transport links, it is easy for residents to explore the local area with 35 spacious bedrooms offering a comfortable home. Residents at Broughton Hall Care Home are encouraged to continue with their past hobbies and interests and our fantastic team of staff play a key part in this.
