All of our specialist care homes for disabled adults provide round-the-clock care with a dedicated team of care staff. Our highly trained carers provide comprehensive physical disability care that includes support with activities of daily living, accessing specialised therapy and assisting with medication and adaptive equipment like hoists and wheelchairs.
We take a person-centred approach to physical disability care and all residents have a person-centred care plan tailored to their individual needs. The care plan is designed to ensure each resident gets the support they need to live full and happy lives
