At Trinity Court our caring, skilled multi-disciplinary team provide a community-led rehabilitation and recovery service for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Placing the individual at the heart of their own care at all times, using person-centred and meaningful activities in our friendly environment, we support skills development, independence and responsibility to meet the needs of the individual in a bespoke, holistic approach to promote
Purpose built 15 bed specialist mental health service in Wolverhampton that supports the development of individual skills as well the long-term care needs of people with enduring mental illness, complex mental health needs, as well as forensic histories. Alongside specialist services, we will safely manage and support the transition from the intensive level of care in the institutional setting to increased independence and responsibility in a community setting, including those transitioning from Children’s and Adolescent.
The team can support people on a CTO, conditional discharge from the Home Office as well as intensive, complex and personalised recovery pathways
The specialist service provision comprises of:
– 14 spacious ensuite bedrooms
– 1 independent living / Assessment flat
– Games Room
– Community based gym membership (if required)
– A community Allotment
Trinity court has a unique balance between clinical and non-clinical staff, with 24-hour nurse support as well as an interdisciplinary team comprising of Counselling Psychology as well as Occupational Therapy, Activity co-ordinator and Support Workers. The service can offer a variety of care pathways from long term placements, through to individualised complex care packages, intensive rehabilitation periods and respite placements.

Residents are placed at the centre of their care, through informed choice, within the service, with an emphasis upon pro-actively promoting and enabling individual recovery, responsibility and independence. Through robust individual support planning and interdisciplinary risk assessments, with a focus on measurable and explicit outcomes. Offering the individual as much responsibility in collaboration with others in identifying and measuring the outcomes with an expectation that the individuals needs will change as they move along their care pathway
Our counselling psychologist takes an integrated person-centred approach to her practice utilising DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Our bespoke recovery model can tailor make the facilities of the service to meet the needs of the individual.
