As a proud family-run organisation, our journey began in the mid-1980s under the leadership of Roy Bernard, whose passion for care and extensive experience continue to shape our values today.
Over the years, we’ve grown steadily, both through organic development and strategic acquisitions into a trusted provider across England and Wales. Despite our growth, we’ve stayed true to our roots, with a leadership team that has been with us since day one, offering consistency, sector expertise, and a shared commitment to the people we support.
Our homes offer a wide and balanced range of specialist services, including support for individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries, as well as residential and nursing care for adults. This diversity allows us to meet a broad spectrum of complex care needs in a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
