Terence L (Husband of Resident)
Overall Experience: 5.0 out of 5 My wife was sent to Royal Park after being discharged from the hospital after suffering a severe stroke in July 2024. I cannot praise the staff enough they treated her with the utmost respect and dignity and they were always happy to share a joke with her. Physios and therapists were excellent in the treatment they gave her and always willing to engage with th…

Hi, My name is Natalie, I am 40 years old, and I was born with Down’s Syndrome. Last year, I had a fall and after 10 weeks in two different hospitals, it was decided that I could not go home, and I was discharged to Primecare Residential Home. Since I have been here, I have been very happy and well looked after.  This is a good place to live and provides good quality care for all the re…

This is now an excellent, well run, maintained assisted living home for the young vulernable adults who reside there. Kerry Lay the Manager has turned this home around since she was appointed, well maintained, gardens delightful. Select group should be very proud of what she has achieved. Residents are so much happier.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I have enjoyed working at Jubilee Court. It has been a great work p…

Michelle Williams
I would like to thank Aldergrove Manor care home for the care that my Nan is receiving. She is 98 years old and, unfortunately, could no longer live in her own home, due to the start of dementia. She is settling in so well, we are very happy that when she goes out for the day she always asks when she is going home referring to Aldergrove. The care she receives is second to none, staff go out …
