Meadow Court is a purposely adapted specialist mental health service that provides an alternative to an extended hospital admission for people with complex mental health needs. We provide bespoke packages of care for people with enduring mental illness, including people with forensic histories who may be subject to home office restrictions. The service are also able to support individuals transitioning from child to adult services once they are 18.
The service can offer a variety of care pathways from long term placements, through to intensive rehabilitation periods and respite placements.

Meadow Court has a multi-disciplinary team comprising of clinical and non-clinical staff.
This includes counselling psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, and specialist mental
health recovery workers. Meadow Court is a 24-hour nursing service with full disabled access.
We are uniquely placed in Tipton for people to access to community services throughout the surrounding area.
