To whom it may concern,

I am the father of Samantha (resident at Swiss House).

This is to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Swiss House for their efforts over the last twelve years in respect of Samantha's level of care.

As you are aware, Samantha's needs are many and varied. I have found that EVERY single member of staff at Swiss House are always very professional atall times, they are pleasant yet 'no nonsense' carers who always put the clients first.

They have never, in my presence, treated any client different than they would a member of their own families, in fact, they appear to be one happy family.

I know, that at present Samantha considers Swiss House as her home and the other clients as her little family. They socialise a lot more of late, going to see stage shows, the cinema, holidays and just days out, Samantha is very well cared for and I have absolutely no concerns other than each member of staff should have a 400% pay rise!

There are timesa plenty where due to work commitments etc, that I have tuned up unannounced at Swiss House and always the place is spotless and has a happy atmosphere.

These people deserve medals for the way they deal with their most challenging work environment in such a clam and ordered manner.

Love them all loads!
