Good afternoon

I thought I would just write you a quick email to let you know how brilliant your staff are at Woodcote Hall Care Home, just outside Newport.  The home itself is lovely, and the little farm outside is brilliant!  But what really makes it is your staff - they are absolutely outstanding!  To name but a few - Julie, Fen, Linden, Dan, Josh... cannot say enough positive things about these carers.  Unfortunately, I haven't managed to get the names of all of them yet, and I know there are a couple I have missed off.  They really go above and beyond.  My Nan has only been there for a week (there for respite at the moment, but it is looking likely it will become permanent) and they all have got to know her likes and dislikes already, and really work hard to make sure the residents feel as at home as possible.

We have told the staff how great we think they are, but I felt I should let you know as well :D
