Sherborne Court Care Home Crewe, Cheshire

Sherborne Court is a specialist Neurological Centre offering a variety of care pathways from long term to short term assessment.

Sherborne Court Care Home Overview

Sherborne Court is situated in Crewe, with excellent transport links into the local town, Wales, Chester and into the Midlands via the nearby M6 making visiting easier for family and friends.  This ideal location ensures community therapy programmes are participated in on a regular basis. The service offers both short and long-term placements. This can mean intensive assessment periods for some residents but for others this may mean an environment which fully understands the longer term needs of people with either a Brain injury or Neurological condition.

On admission a resident would participate in a full assessment of need offering a baseline from each of the therapy disciplines, each person is then supported by the Therapy team to set realistic and achievable goals which all work towards the persons longer term objective.

At Sherborne Court we offer a balance between a clinical and homely environment, we aim for everyone to feel welcome and equally involved in the running of the service, this also includes the family, friends of residents as well as external professionals.
