Trinity Court is a purpose built service that focuses on the needs and recovery of people with enduring mental health needs. Trinity Court is divided into two specialist units focusing on the different needs of people at varying times in their recovery journey.

Our 17-bed recovery unit is led by an experienced Occupational Therapist, who ensure the recovery process is instilled in the day to day running of the home. Our use of Goal attainment scaling, WRAP and MOHO ensures the correct assessment tools are utilised at the correct point in a person’s recovery process. The recovery pathway from admission to discharge within this unit is aimed at two years.

Our 15-bed medium to long term unit is Nurse led, our experienced unit manager ensures that our residents nursing needs are fully supported. We ensure that each individuals potential is maximised and goals are set, at a person-centred pace.
