A Note From Home - Our 'Send a Postcard Service'

April 16th 2020

It's the little things that make your day. The sun coming out or a message from someone you love. At Select Healthcare we understand that during these trying times social distancing is hard and staying in touch with your loved ones in our homes can be a challenge. Whilst our care homes are busy keeping our guests safe and happy with the usual daily activities to keep them occupied, the world is staying home to keep the world safe.

We are always looking for new ways to go above and beyond for our guests and know that it is often the smallest touches that feel the most special. That is why we offer our special Send a Postcard service. So you can keep in touch with your loved ones in our homes wherever you are and keep them safe during the COVID-9 outbreak.

How to Send a Postcard to Our Select Care Homes

Our care homes in the UK offer a friendly and caring home from home for guests with a range of different circumstances. We know that it isn't always possible to to be there in person, particularly now. That's why we offer a way to let your loved one know you are thinking of them without any face-to-face contact.

If you would like to send a quick hello to any of our guests in our Select care homes, simply use our handy online builder to create your personalised message. You will be able to add a full message to say hello and let the recipient know you are thinking of them, you can even add a picture in to say hi. All you will need to do to send your postcard is to ensure their name and the name of the Select Healthcare care home they are staying in is correct on the online form, we will then deliver your personal message ourselves.

To get started simply click the link here, scroll down the page until you find the 'Send a Postcard' section, fill out the quick and easy form and submit to make someone's day.

Whilst we know that social distancing and staying away from those you care about during this time can be hard, keeping people safe and well is the most important thing to all of us. We are all doing our bit to support our local community so be sure to stay home and stay safe.
