Shendy Blakemore

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Aldergrove Manor I would go as far as to say they have been a big part in extending the life of my Nan. 

My Nan was placed there from hospital without any consultation with family and we all, including my Nan, were concerned as we didn’t know anything about the home or anyone there. 

Our concerns were quickly negated with the fantastic communication from Sarah who made herself available during a very stressful time. Also Martine who goes above and beyond to help organise visits and answer any  questions, nothing is to much trouble.  6 months on, from what was originally respite care, and my Nan has decided that Aldergrove is where she wants to stay.  

The care she receives has helped her so much physically and mentally and as a family we are reassured she is safe and being well looked after.
