Whitehorse Care is a residential care home providing care too 8 individuals with learning/physical difficulties and autism in Brownhills, Walsall. People using the service receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for them.
About the role
The role of a Senior Care Assistant is to ensure high quality care and person-centred care is constantly maintained. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, liaise with professionals and relatives and ensure in-house and regulatory documentation is completed to a high standard.
Skills and experience
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care and support setting
