Job Description

Job Type: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

About Sherborne Court Neurological Centre:

The multi-disciplinary, therapy led service offers both short and long-term placements for people with either a Brain injury or progressive Neurological condition. This can mean intensive assessment and rehabilitation programmes, promoting independence for some residents and for others this may mean an environment which fully understands and supports peoples longer-term needs.

About the role

We are looking for a clinically experienced Nurse who is able to ensure our residents physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
