About Delves Court
Delves Court is situated on the outskirts of Walsall Town and provides nursing and residential care.
About the role
To lead the kitchen staff in the provision of an efficient catering operation, providing our service users with a wholesome, appealing and nutritious diet and meeting Individual care needs and Company Policies and Procedures.
Working towards all local authority guidelines and CQC requirements.
Skills and experience
Previous experience as a Head Cook within a care environment is necessary for this role
Knowledge of IDDSI framework and experience in preparing meals suitable for residents assessed dietary requirements.
