Beech Tree Nursing Home Overview

Beech Tree is a purpose built Nursing and Residential Care Home. We have 53 beds over 3 Floors. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. We offer a choice of dining rooms and lounge areas. We have a quaint well-kept garden at the rear with seating available. Beech Tree is situated near Basingstoke in the village of Overton, which has access to local shops, pubs and cafes all within walking distance. We work closely with the local Doctor’s Surgery, who provide an excellent service including a weekly Doctors round in the home. 

Beech Tree is a well-equipped home, accommodating residents with nursing and residential care needs with a highly professional team and superb links with other healthcare professionals. The home is accessible throughout and spread over three floors, the  residential top floor having been refurbished and reopened in October 2017.

There is a lovely patio where residents can sit on sunny afternoons, a car park for visitors, a choice of 3 lounges to relax and even a Salon for a little bit of pampering by our hairdresser who comes in twice a week. 

We have two activity co-ordintaors who provide a varied programme of activities 7 days per week. Each week a new schedule will be planned including art classes, music, films, games, cooking and much more. We aim to get out and about as much as we can. Some of our past day trips have been to the Milestone Museum, the local pub for lunch and over to Winchester Christmas market.

Our activities team have a diary full of great entertainers that come and visit us at the home and perform for our residents from singing and dancing to, magic shows and even animals shows.
