Jubilee Court Care Home
Jubilee Court is a care home for Adult Service Users with Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Degenerative Neurological Disorders, requiring a continuum of care, through a structured programme of rehabilitation. Jubilee Court is a Specialist unit comprising of 30 fully en-suite bedrooms, with communal dining rooms & lounges, library/media room, sensory room, therapy room and a cinema/games room.
We have a team of staff that are trained in the care of clients with Neurological conditions, we also have a qualified Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist to carry out initial assessment and provide guidance on future support for individuals.
Jubilee Court is situated in the Roseville central area of Coseley on the main Birmingham New Road, local landmarks include Silver Jubilee Park, St Chads Church, The Old Windmill and Coseley Canal.
Coseley has a direct rail link to Birmingham and Wolverhampton and a direct road link with Birmingham and Wolverhampton. Bus Service’s travel to Sedgley, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Tipton and Biliston.
The main High Street is Castle Street, within walking distance you have the Apple Tree Pub that caters for meals and has entertainment, there is also Silver Jubilee Park and a number of shops, Takeaways and other recreational areas that can be sourced. There is a number of General Practioners with in the Biliston area including Coseley Medical Centre.
There is dedicated laundry staff to meet Service users’ needs and there is also a washing machine in the therapy kitchen if Service users wish to or are able to do their own laundry.
The unit offers full individually assessed nursing care, physiotherapy/ occupational therapy and dependant on individual assessed needs, services such as SALT, optician, dentist, chiropodist, dietician and continence care.
We aim to work with Service users in establishing an individual and holistic plan of care identifying views, wishes and choices, therefore ensuring Service users are involved in the delivery and review of their care throughout their stay at Jubilee Court.
